Solana Beach Landscape Series, Original Painting - SOLD

This is an original mixed media landscape painting of Solana Beach, California. I created this hand made original using a variety of professional grade paints, oils, paper, metal paints, mineral paints, and eight digital images of Solana Beach that I photographed. The artwork is created on a large handmade wooden panel that measures 60 inches wide, 30 inches high and 1.5 inches deep. The edges are finished so that the artwork is ready to hang with heavy grade hardware installed on the back. This artwork is meant to have an old antique feel that you get from vintage postcards. I have cast an image onto the panel and sculpted layers of gel to create a paper feel, I then painted detail and texture and created imperfections on the painting to look like it has been handled and around for a while.
